1. With
BuildPerfect interface, you create your company checklists, which become a
standard for your company. It is very
important that these checklists are thought out in detail so that they are
effective in identifying any defects possible.
2. Your
Superintendents will receive these checklists in their handheld units. The Superintendent will then indicate at the
touch of a button whether each item in the checklist is completed according to
the required specifications. If there
are any defects, they are noted at this time.
3. Data
is then updated into a central database from where all vendors needing to fix
defects are notified. Management will
get reports of current defects and any historical analysis needed.
4. Superintendent
continues to check the field for any new progress and the cycle continues.
