Project Highlights
Even Flow Management Methodologies
Mahesh has been instrumental in developing and implementing the theory of even flow for the home
building industry. With his knowledge and expertise, our home building clients have achieved
tremendous results such as reduction of construction time from 155 days to 84 days, predictable
number of construction releases and closings every week, reduced interest expense due to the
reduction of working capital, increased return on assets, increased inventory turnover due to
decreased cycle time and bottom line increase to the companies due to reduction in cycle time.
Backlog Theory for Predicting Project Delays
Mahesh has done extensive study of even flow techniques and has devised a formula to predict delays
due to universal flow in an even flow system. His formula can pinpoint the delays in a volume
building industry such as a home building company where an even flow of work is released on a daily
basis.
Total Productivity for a Home Building Company
Mahesh has done extensive study in the field of cost management for a construction management
firm. He has developed simple techniques and formulae to manage day to day company's operations
with a few simple measures which will identify the problem areas in the company instantly. This
technique was specifically applied in a home building company with great results.
Education
Mahesh has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Construction
Management. He has enriched himself with computer courses and business management courses
outside of the University settings. He keeps himself abreast with the latest in the industry through
technology conferences, technical seminars and conferences and reading books.
