integration of their purchasing, accounting and scheduling systems (STAR, JD
Edwards and Primavera Project Planner).
They reduced data entry redundancies by enabling construction updates
from the field to automatically transfer data to purchasing and accounting.
This enabled them to setup wireless payment for vendors and eliminated
unnecessary steps such as purchase orders signed and returned back for payment.
We developed a training manual, which is now used as a guide for new divisions
implementing systems integration for payment to vendors.
We also assisted Arvida St. Joe Corporate with the development of a template for tracking software and hardware systems implementation in any new location.
